I always feel so relaxed after my session with Carmo. She really takes her time to hear what you're going through and give you tips to help you. I have been doing both reiki & reflexology. I can feel the energy moving and flowing more each time.

Carmo takes her time before she start to perform reiki and reflexology, to see what is going on in my life, discuss life stressors, and how my body/mind is adapting to challenges. I am very grateful to have found Carmo. She is very kind hearted, grounded, understanding, caring and helpful. I have had monthly sessions for about half a year now and feel the energy more freely flowing. Carmo always takes her time before and after every session to discuss the experience and tailors the session to your needs. I usually do a combination of guided visualization, Reiki and Reflexology.
