I absolutely loved my experience with Carmo. The energy was extremely positive, and I left my refloxology session feeling relaxed and rejuvinated. I learned so much about reiki healing and have new relaxation tips in my toolbelt that I will be sure to bring with me. As someone without much knowledge about reiki or refloxology, the experience was newbie-friendly and welcoming. She took the time to thoroughly answer all questions I had. Cannot wait to come back!

I highly recommend Carmo for Reiki and Reflexology therapy. I had a very calming and positive experience my first time seeing her and have continued on a regular basis. She took her time to understand what i was feeling and approached the session with care and professionalism. I left feeling more balanced and refreshed. I would definitely recommend Carmo to anyone looking to reduce stress and reconnect with themselves.

The minute I walked in, I felt comfortable and good energy. Carmo is awesome, the breathing and relaxation tips are helping me on a daily basis. She is understanding and her expertise is clearly felt through the whole reiki & reflexology sessions. Definitely returning and I will be a regular. Thank you for the great experience.

I’ve had reflexology sessions with Carmo before, which were always wonderful, but this time I decided to try Reiki for the first time. She was so kind and patient, and took the time to talk with me beforehand to understand how I was feeling and what areas needed attention. I always feel so relaxed after my session with Carmo. She really takes her time to hear what you're going through and give you tips to help you. I have been doing both reiki & reflexology. I can feel the energy moving and flowing more each time.
