I have always loved this place but last night they really showed how great they are. I placed an order for pick up over the phone. When I arrived the lovely cashier informed me that she couldn't find my order. She explained they were going through growing pains of a new computer system and asked if she could buy my dinner that evening (about $60 worth of food). I took my girlfriend on a date the other day and loved our experience, thanks mainly to our very professional server, Alex. He was funny and attentive, he definitely made our (my girlfriend and I) lunch date very enjoyable. The pizza we ate was absolutely delicious, and we will definitely be coming back.
Went to Carmines tonight for family dinner. I was extremely impressed by our server, Hannah. She was patient, very welcoming and made some really good suggestions. The pizza was amazing also! Would definitely be going back!
passing through Jax on my way to Miami. My first Carmines experience! Had the Cords dunn blew, and fries. So good. it practically melted in my mouth. Valerie was great, and Beanie? was a riot. Hope i get a chance to stop back in. Or you guys could expand to the Nashville area.
Great food and friendly service. The amazing desserts are a well kept secret.

Bad experience. We wanted calamari they were out. Than we chose fried zucchini guess what? They were out as well . We waited FOREVER for our pizza. My son never got a refill nor asked if he would like more sprite. Bathrooms were filthy. Pizza was cold, soggy just no taste. My son's meal was cold and tasted bad as well.Never again.
