Been going to Carmine's for almost 30 years. Love the place. But things have changed a lot. I went there last Sat. Many open tables. I counted at least 7. But, I could not get seated. Reason was reservations. Manager wanted to sit us on a desert size table. That's about all that would fit desert and coffee. I left, went to spaghetti factory instead. Bad move on Carmine's part. I'll go back but, not for a while. Hopefully the Owners will start paying more attention. They used to be in on a regular basis. Not no more.
Had lunch there today. And as always food was very good and the servers are very friendly and can't get enough of the pink sauce on gumbi. If you have had the dish you know what I mean.
