These guys are absolutely efn brutal. I can’t switch companies because I think they have incriminating photos of my landlord. They refuse to lower their blades for a shorter cut because they claim to show up every two weeks, but they show up every 3. They sporadically replace lawn furniture after wowing lawns. I have a dog and a fenced in yard and they constantly leave the gate open leaving my dog to wander and get picked up by my neighbors.
