I called and talked to carmil and he recommended a replacement for my 2015 gmc sierra Bose system. He didn’t have a part to complete the install and had to order. He took care of it and after a week or so of using began to notice problems. The display during the day is nearly impossible to see and the radio reception is terrible. Another issue we don’t think through was using the Sirius app from our phone through a Bluetooth connect. Problem is if you lose phone service you lose Sirrus. Took a friends truck these guys to have a factory radio reinstalled. They broke some of the plastic mounting brackets for the wiring behind the radio. They used construction ziptape to fix it. They literally wrapped some tape around d the wires and taped it up to the metal frame work!!!  Then told us to have a blessed day.

Very unprofessional to say the least! Had my system installed and my vehicle started acting up. Probably from the crap wiring job and exposed wires! When I called to get it resolved they said they had no record of my vehicle being there but knew what I had installed and knew I had all my own stuff down to wiring hmmm imaging that!!! Wish I could post photos because some crack heads could have done a better install job than these guys. Save your money and go to anywhere else!

These guys rock! I had a issue with another company product, they tested the sub and Amp and confirmed my concern. Not only did they get me in the same day, they didn't charge me a dime! I will definitely be back to replace said product with some of their products. Thank you guys for having some of the best customer service, and also advising me how to save a few dollars instead of selling me a bunch of stuff. I will be back! Thanks!
