One star is being kind. Took 10 minutes to get tickets because of the new edwards program that has to be explained to everyone. Then I went to the restroom and there was a homeless man walking around, bags and all, telling me why he was homeless(a government conspiracy, no joking) and pointing to the movie posters and telling me those would keep me out of the Kingdom. Walking around inside the theatre. Not sure how he got past all three employees. What a professional organization.
Spent more time in line buying popcorn than watching the movie. How about staffing the place adequately, especially on holiday weeks.
Food cold, old and way over-priced. $4.50 for a small hotdog.
Been to the counter twice now to tell them to turn the projector on. We have sound but no picture. This has happened multiple times at this location! If you want to actually see the movie and not just hear it, don't go here!!!!
How about you start the movie on time! Every time we come here you guys start the movie 10 mins after the set time, if people can't make it here on time then to damn bad! Step up your movie game riverstone!
