Ordered new Capp machine since current machine is over 10 years old and not on recall list. Called months ago was told “shortages due to recall”. Also never received ordered supplies. Supplies came in a month later, no machine. Call this week was told they called us 3 times and no one called back so they gave away our machine. OMG. They had a disconnected land line as a number and a cell phone. Their phone number is in our contact list. No missed calls. Will find new provider once we get this new machine.

Had a prescription for a nebulizer sent by doctors office to them. I called 3 times to see if it was received because I really needed it. The last call was made to them at 4:30 pm on 5/30/19 and they said they still hadn’t received it. The next morning I received a call from them that they had the prescription and had it since 4:00 pm on 5/30/19. I picked up the prescription and had it completed at a competitor within 30 minutes. The supervisor did call and apologize but a little too late!!
