It was started in April of 1978 by Carol Besse and Michael Boggs (the store name is a combination of their first names), and has been owned and operated by them ever since. Love having a local bookstore dedicated to kids in the neighborhood! Love the music time events!
The only problem with this place is that my kids never want to leave. Wonderful selection of books, games and other gifts and fantastic customer service. At least 80% of the time, a store clerk ends up reading to or playing a game with my kiddos, so I can actually browse in peace for 5 minutes.
