From the initial booking to deal with my aging curly hair, to walking out the door, it was a happy experience. I was hoping to get a cut that would work with my curls and products to make them healthy again. I walked out with my curls doing their thing instead of annoyed at yet another bob and straight "blow out". Carmichael's is perhaps the cleanest salon I've ever seen and by far the nicest. Over the years I have purchased 2 hair toppers from Carmichael's as I have thinning hair. I love both of these and they are used daily. As a result the clips that hold them in place get a lot of wear and tear and sometimes break. I recently brought in one with a broken clip whihc was replaced as a waited so I could leave with it. The staff were very helpful and I always come here when I need a new hair topper. They have been a real morale booster!
