Over the years I have purchased 2 hair toppers from Carmichael's as I have thinning hair. I love both of these and they are used daily. As a result the clips that hold them in place get a lot of wear and tear and sometimes break. I recently brought in one with a broken clip whihc was replaced as a waited so I could leave with it. The staff were very helpful and I always come here when I need a new hair topper. They have been a real morale booster!
I recently visited Carmichael Hair Design Group and Spa for a cut, and while the service and hospitality were excellent, I found the cutting technique to be lacking in precision. Having experienced Sassoon-trained stylists and even student cuts in the past, I expected a higher level of technique, especially for a structured short haircut.
