After comsultation the staff put my fathers obituary on the website. We had told them to wait until our priest could yell us a date available for his mass and a reception but then we needed to add and edit obituary and the owners son became angry and belligerent. The one time i needed support is when a dear family has passed. Consultations was wonderful would help in any way can but after then it changes.
