My family has been taking our cars here since we moved here 9 years ago, after first taking my Murano to Bales and being told I needed $500 worth of work done and then going here and being told I didn't need any of that work done. Kevin is great! Their all great! They always do what they can to get me in quickly and taken care of, and have even sent a mechanic to my house for a quick fix after knocking something loose right after getting an oil change instead of having to tow it back there. Love these guys!!
5 stars for Carmerica. I took my Charger there because it's been running real rough - especially in between gears when it shifts into the "fuel saving" mode. They told me cylinder 8 was misfiring and they replaced 2 plugs and a coil, did a lube job, and reset all the codes. Cost was under $300. Bales said I needed a complete tuneup. Would have cost me $700. This car has 16 plugs. Take that, Bales.
