Wonderful tasting tapas that are so fresh, they'll jump off the plate! Nice selection of beers and wines. Great place for a quick healthy lunch or a glass of wine and a snack in the evening. They are open until 8:00 PM. Oh, I almost forgot. You have to try the soups! Delicious! Kudos to chef Mari Josephs for a well thought out concept!
I went to visit doe the first time and I liked it. This not my usual type of eating so for me to say I'll go back means it got my attention and this is a great place to start my new eating habits.
We try to go to Carmen's once a week. It is our favorite restaurant. Carmen's homemade soups are the best and I am not a soup person. The crabmeat melt is probably the overall best. My husband always has that. I have tried different things and have never been disappointed. The people that work there are the greatest!! Celeste and Peter Clark
Great service! Great food! Great wine selection! I try to eat here everytime I am in the downtown area. The kale salad is amazing!
The chicken salad is wonderful! Everything that has the crab, chorizo and cheese mixture on it is fabulous! And don't even get me started on the gluten-free cheesecake....perfection!!!
Best marinated olives in town. Excellent cheese plate and the made-from-scratch Arnold Palmers are a flavor bomb of biblical proportions.
The crabmelt sandwich is quite possibly the best thing I've ever eaten. Been to Carmen's dozens of times, strayed away from the crabmelt once and it was great but I went straight back to the crabmelt on my next visit and haven't strayed since. The carrot cake, when it's available, is out of this world amazing as well.
Excellent Food! Always healthy and refreshing! I love their crackers too!
