I'm so glad that I found Carmen's. I've been a customer for over 4 years. It feels like family here. I have thick hair and Bobbie always gives me a great cut. I love the color as well. Their prices are reasonable. I get many compliments on my hair.

I went to Carmen’s salon in Lakewood and they completely ruined my hair. I tried to go about it privately and we came to the agreement when I was ready she would help me get my hair back healthy but now she states she believes her stylist. I had thick healthy hair. Now since I have been here my hair sheds .. and it is a complete different texture.
