Carmen’s is the Flowershop you can count on! The team is super courteous and respectful! The Design work is over the top gorgeous! Because of the bad weather, they called me to make sure that I was home to receive my flowers! I love that they think ahead and plan their deliveries accordingly! I strongly recommend Carmen’s! They are the BEST!
