I can always rely on Carmen's to deliver beautiful and fresh arrangements. I have ordered numerous times in the past knowing my order will arrive safely and in a timely manner. This time I risked ordering the Designers Choice and was relieved when mom texted me a photo of a variety of sping time flowers in a unique vase with a leather handle. And the box of chocolates were a hit as well. As I am out of state, it is nice to know you can count on a local business!
