Cowboy burrito was delicious!
We stumbled upon this hidden dining treasure a few months ago after someone walked into a youth volleyball game carrying a breakfast burrito that not only looked amazing, but smelled absolutely incredible! We had to ask where it came from, and from that day on, whenever we’re in Scottsbluff, we make it a point to stop here. The Big Momma burrito (half is plenty for me—with enough left for another meal!) is my go-to every time. This is the best place for breakfast burritos in western nebraska. Also the pork chili is excellent. They offer lunch buffet Thursdays and Friday's at a great value.
