Carmen did an amazing job altering my wedding dress. She was affordable, kind, and really helped make my vision come to life
I wish I had written this review almost 2 years ago when I rented my dress from Ms. Carmen. I just looked her up again to inquire about bridesmaid dresses and I see the negative reviews here but my experience was the complete opposite. I contacted Ms. Carmen less than 2 months before my wedding & she made the entire experience fun & stress free. Carmen promised so much from the beginning but did not deliver. The wedding dress was the only stressful part of my wedding all because I wasn’t taken seriously. My family was stressed about the whole wedding dress experience from beginning to end. I spent over $1500 on a borrow dress that did not meet my expectations. I originally planned to spend max $800 since that’s what her website said was the mid/high range.
