I hit a deer...scratch that, a deer hit me...took my Lexus to Carmen's after a referral from a friend and was comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Celeste is the sweetest and made the arrangements with the rental car company very easy. Carmen and their staff genuinely care about their customers.
