This community is one of the best we have stayed in. We loved the property manager, Carmen and as well as the onsite service tech, Ray. Both were very incredibly helpful and attentive to any needs or requests we had. The property/community is very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended to anyone in the Whittier area. My little family has resided here the last 7 years and this is our home until we’re ever ready to buy! Rather yet, until we’re able to afford to purchase our own home! California is not cheap but rent here is decently priced compared to other places near by! Carmen and Rey the leasing office manager and Maintenance man are superb human beings and have always been so attentive to us tenants! Thanks y’all!
A real nice and relaxing place to live. I've been here over 16 years . Had over 5 different managers all very professional and friendly. Ray, the maintenance gu, is very reliable and nice too.
