I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Carmen Torres and the Office Castillo & Torres. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Torres was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I Highly recommend this office.

Did not work for me as a primary care doctor. I had to keep reminding to get referrals, they did not want to refer to the specialists which I already had used before. They told that based on my age I do not need to go to mammogram, but when I finally got that prescription and done, I had breast cancer. In general, during the visits they were totally lost and I had to do too much of reminding. Online communications, notifications, appointment booking did not work at all.

Dr. Torres has been my Family Physician for five years now. I recommend her and her staff to everyone I can. She has always made me feel comfortable and at ease during my visits.
