Thanks to Carmen my dad is a citizen and has his papers but not he tried for my grandma and she’s disappeared with everything with his money. We’re thinking it’s possible she’s sick or not to say not living? Other than that it might just be a scam

I previously left a rating for Carmen Tejada with five stars, but I have to revise that rating due to the fact that she was working on helping my brother and mother with their residency and completely disappeared even though we already paid for her services. Carmen had failed to reply or even just update anyone on status of their residency. This is unacceptable! Sadly I do not recommend this business to anyone. Service: 0% Price: $$$
Please try to avoid this people, they start off good and then they lack on communication. Based on my experience, yes, she did the first part, my husband got his approval, the next step was sending paperwork for the waiver, we gave her the check and documents and it turns out, it was never sent. Now it's been 6 months without any type of communication. We just went today (11/04/22)to their office at Roscoe to ask for the money order at least so we can get our money back but per our surprise, THEY ARE NO LONGER THERE. Really?... read more
