We contacted Carmen to help us find an apartment in Chicago for either rental or purchase. The purchase option didn’t work out due to time constraints. Carmen however worked diligently in finding a rental unit. He took the time to visit a few places and sent us video tours of his own. He was always available by text or phone and patiently answered our queries. I felt that he had our best interest in mind and transparent in his dealings.

Carmen is a highly professional real estate agent working in both rentals and buying. He was able to negotiate our price down by $100/month plus get one month of rent free. He’s always ready to take your call and is going to bat for you day and night during negotiations. He has a very calm no pressure demeanor and honestly wants his clients to be happy in their new home. After we rented our townhouse, Carmen greeted us for the walk-in with a welcome gift from Etsy! Couldn’t be happier with his performance.
