We contacted Carmen to help us find an apartment in Chicago for either rental or purchase. The purchase option didn’t work out due to time constraints. Carmen however worked diligently in finding a rental unit. He took the time to visit a few places and sent us video tours of his own. He was always available by text or phone and patiently answered our queries. I felt that he had our best interest in mind and transparent in his dealings.
