Carmen was so awesome to work with the the home buying process! She set up a consultation meeting with us to determine our needs and figure out what we wanted in a home. She then set up regular e-mails through the MLS for us to look at and let her know our thoughts so she could help narrow our search for the right home. My experience with Carmen has been PHENOMENAL. I'd give 6 stars if I could! From the day that Reinae Kessler at Austin Home Girls Realty put me in touch with Carmen, I had someone that went above and beyond with their support during the (sometimes wild!) process of being a first time buyer. Carmen was very easy to work with, full of great advice, and was always quick to respond to any texts or emails I sent after I got home from work, which was often around 8 PM or so. Carmen was absolutely amazing to work with.
