Sydney was very gentle and speedy!! Everyone was so kind
I lost my splint about 2 years ago and I’ve been trying to get it replaced since, but “they haven’t been able to make a new one because of Covid” Now apparently dr crystal has retired and his son the new head orthodontist “can’t make them” I payed over 3000 dollars for this treatment and can’t get a replacement splint now? I tried to get one before dr crystal left two years ago.. They’ve basically said your out of luck and offered 0 help in obtaining a new one from somewhere else. What a terrible practice. We have had 3 appointments so far for my daughter. The first appointment was the initial consultation and went incredibly well. Dr. Jesse and his staff was super nice, professional, and related very well with my daughter. Our second appointment (first "real" visit) was an absolute disaster. We waited over an hour to be called back. When I inquired about our wait, I was told that other emergency appointments came in and took precedence over our appointment.
