RecommendedI have lived here for 3 years now. Love everything. The atmosphere, such a clean place. Close to everything, stores and highway. So many activities and the people are super friendly. If you check rental prices, this place is actually cheaper than most.

Pine Lakes management should stop giving out eviction notices for minor infractions of the rules. A friend of mine was helping a neighbor throw away some wood in the community dumpster. He did not know this was not allowed. He got an eviction notice. (the notice is called a 14/30 notice) This upset him and his wife so much they moved.
