Earlier this year I came in and had a custom mouth guard fashioned to wear at night due to teeth grinding. An impression was made and I was to come back for the finished guard, but COVID struck and offices were shut down. I really needed my mouth guard and contacted the office so that my guard could be sent to me. When I received the mouth guard, there were NO instructions about how to care for it, how to clean it, what to use to clean it, etc. (pure negligence on the office’s part).
