I have been seeing Dr. Natali for a while now through some varying mental health statuses (including an acute crisis). She has been great at providing talk therapy as well as helping to explore and address my medication needs. She has explained to me what she is prescribing and why, and been open to listen to my thoughts on how the medication is effecting me. I appreciate all of her support.
Dr Natali takes time to listen to her patients during the session, not just focus on medication refills. I appreciate the time, attention, and support over been receiving from Dr Natali since the pandemic.

I spoke with Dr Natali on the phone. she seemed like potentially a good match as someone to talk to. I told her i would have my toddler with me just for the 1st visit. Set appointment for Monday at 5pm, arrived 10 minutes early winformed not there. secretary attempted to call Dr Natali with no answer. 15 patiently waited minutes later (w/ 4 yr old) I texted the cell # she had called me from. after a half hour w/ no response I left & texted thanking her for her inconsiderateness. never answered
Dr. Natali is an amazing healthcare professional! She is caring and empathetic, taking a profound interest in my needs. I have been in treatment with her for five years, the results have been excellent translating into a better quality of life! She has treated me both with medication and theraphy; this has proven very effective with great and sustainable results! I highly, highly recommend Dr. Natali. Both my family and I are deeply grateful to Dr. Natali! She is one of our angels!!!
This psychiatrist was very smart when billing my insurance. She had been charging a huge fee to the insurance for seeing me less than 10 minutes. What a surprise when I entered the website and I saw her charges. She was billing like she was providing me therapy sessions,which is supposed to be a session of 45 minutes providing psychotherapy and she only provided me medication management, 5-10 minutes. She was dismissive and very rude. I contacted my insurance to report it.
