I called a head of time to ask how much is a gel manicure and she told me 35 plus extra $5 for soak off. I get there showed her what I wanted which was all black gel manicure and only one finger design. Somehow she wanted to now charge me $56! I’m like that’s impossible and way too much just for a simple gel manicure. They kept bickering with me on how I wanted to pay before my service and her excuse was “ because she might change the price” like what do you mean change the price? During my appointment with technician Gladses, she cut my cuticles multiple times and put acrylic on the raw skin. The quality of her work was horrible; the nails were thick and uneven, and she was unable to execute the requested nail art correctly. When I requested a fix, the technician became openly rude. I later confirmed with another salon that my cuticles were very damaged. I had to pay for a full redo elsewhere.

After three days my nails are falling apart, even though I have been there before, I tried a new girl and she definitely doesn't know what she is doing, too much acrylic in my nails, I had to go back the next day because my cuticles were hurting because of all of the acrylic

Poorest customer service ever she fixed the nail and I saw that the little finger nail looked crooked I told her and the next thing she did was clip everything off and soaked my fingers in acetone disgusting attitude go there at your own risk
