DON’T USE CARMEN. She listed my home, and assisted me in the purchase of the new home. She knows how to put on a fake face showing that she is looking out for you, when really she's just looking out for her paycheck. She will bully you into a deal, and into agreements. She was so rude to me when I notified her that I wanted to get an inspection of the new homes foundation because my inspector brought it up. Carmen argued with me because she said it's normal.
