I cannot thank the team at Carmen Jewellers enough. I brought in a watch band that my late father gave me, which holds immense sentimental value. The lady who helped me was incredibly kind, took such amazing care of the piece, and went completely out of her way to help me. Her generosity and compassion brought me so much happiness. I highly recommend them for their amazing service and genuine care!

I had a wonderful experience with Taher today. He is incredibly knowledgeable about gold and bracelet craftsmanship, and he took the time to give me honest, helpful advice. He also helped adjust my bracelet free of charge, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back!

We came in on a Thursday evening looking for a valuation on one piece and to determine the materials/stones on 3 others.
