I had a ring that snapped in half and was incredibly warped out of shape, I took it in about two weeks ago and was helped by Marissa. The ring had to be quoted but the process was simple and I was messaged about my quote a few days after taking it in, because the complexity of my repair it was going to take up to three weeks but unexpectedly it was ready in only a week, picked it up today and WOW it looks better than new!!! 10/10 would recommend!
