They were genuinely lovely to deal with and made it such a positive experience. Thank you for the wonderful service and warmth. It was a pleasure to visit.

My wife and daughter tried on a chain which broke. Staff member made them pay for it, even though it was an accident. Will never shop there again.
It has been a year since I ve been at Carmen jewellers and this time I was served by Sheel who was very helpful and fixed 2 necklace chains and a bracelet without charging me anything!
Such lovely service! I had my necklace and bracelet shortened and Sheel was so quick, efficient and friendly. The whole process was completely hassle-free. Appreciated how helpful and polite Sheel was. Would definitely recommend.
