I tried reaching Carmen in several ways to inquire about a rental property I saw online across several different websites. I texted two different numbers and I submitted inquiries on a few different websites. She never answered me. I understand that several people must have wanted to know about the property and that she must be very busy. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Linda Lee was deeply frustrating and unprofessional. From the beginning, communication was a major issue. Linda consistently failed to answer phone calls or respond to messages in a timely manner — if at all. When you’re trying to rent a home, especially in a competitive market, lack of communication creates unnecessary stress and confusion. Unfortunately, that was the tone of our entire interaction.
