Dr. Carmen Fulton helped me during the worst time of my life. She is bright, upbeat and caring. I wish she could be my psych Dr. right now.
So kind and caring. I only saw her once but the appointment had such an impact on me that I still look back and think about how grateful I am for it. She put me on the right path and I’m doing much better.
Dr. Carmen Fulton is a bad doctor. She gives IMs without offering PRNs and she doesn't take time to listen to her patients.
