Worst service I have EVER received! You're better off going to David's Bridal (and it's MUCH cheaper)
I had the best experience today at Carmen Fashions shopping for a wedding dress. I was so impressed with Madalena as she was patient and attentive to what I was looking for. I highly recommend visiting the store! :)

Love this place!! Madeleine and MaryJo are amazing. Prices are reasonable and they treat you like family. I purchased my wedding gown and jewelry from here. My daughters love the prom dress selections as well.

The reason I give this 1 star is because I recently found out that they do not go by their word. My friend ordered a NEW version of a dress that was in the store. Instead of giving my friend the new dress that she ordered and paid for they gave her the dress that was in the store, not to mention the dress was in horrible condition from people trying it on. We have never worked with you and have an excellent reputation. Our store has been in business for over 20 years and would never treat a customer like this. I fail to understand why someone would say something that is not true.
