Very caring and always listening to and addressing our concerns.
The doctor was very disrespectful. Not at all understanding and didn’t even do what the appt was scheduled for. Very bad experience.
CNP Carmen Miranda listened to me about my concerns. She gave me options and helped me decide what was best for me. I left feeling confident and hopeful. Healthcare workers like her are few and far between.
Carmen was very thorough and friendly. Extremely professional. I would highly recommend her to someone who needs neurology care.
