Carmen led us to believe we were getting a lease house. She told us there were multiple applicants but we were her choice. Told us they turned the others away. When we were not quickly responsive she kept sending messages giving into our wants that the owner would accommodate all our needs. We ask to come by to give deposit and finalize the transaction within 30 minutes of her email telling us it’s ours she tells us the owner is signing papers now with another family. Had a very unfortunate experience walking into a home that Carmen chappa has listed...it was listed as “ move in ready “and staged to perfection . But had major foundation issues and then we notice major major major termite damage...me and my husband along with many others drove from over an hour away the day it was listed to see the home to have wasted our time and doubt this home will even pass inspection ... our realtor didn’t even finish showing us the house because it was a major “don’t touch situation”... there was fur... read more

Carmen Chapa is my real estate agent on the property, of which Ms. Noble is referring. This was in Q4 of last year (2012). Carmen represents me very well. She has keen eye on the market, especially for Uptown (where my property sits) and Turtle Creek. I did have a contract on another house at the time and was motivated to sell. i have used carmen chapa as a realtor since 1996, for a total of five real estate transactions,both as buyer and seller. in all of the business we have conducted, i have found her to be knowledgable, courteous, and extremely patient. in the depth of the market, carmen managed to not only sell two properties for me, i made a tidy profit. for anyone looking for a realtor in the turtle creek, and surrounding areas, there is no one more qualified than she.

Carmen Chapa lured me into making an offer on her listing. She was deceitful about the market. I spent thousands of dollars on inspections, breaking my lease, etc. She was rude to me while I was there with the inspector, and argued with my Realtor in front of me. At the end of the day, I agreed to the price just to get her out of my life. She had told me the seller had a contract on another house and were very motivated to sell.
