Kristen is fantastic and very gentle- when you have thick unruly hair like I do, some stylists think you don't feel pain when brushing out knots/tangles so I very much appreciate the lighter touch. And my hair looks amazing! Loved this place

I used to go to Carmen when I was younger and stopped for a while. They were really good in the past, too, but I really needed a haircut that fit my schedule and budget. They made it happen. Not only that, but it was the best I've ever felt about a haircut after the fact.
When previously visiting this hair salon I've been satisfied, I've had a new stylist each time I went, but they've all done what I requested perfectly. However, this time was extremely disappointing. The haircut is not at all what I asked for. It's way too short, and even though the stylist asked multiple times to see the reference photo, she didn't do my hair anything like the reference.
