I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled by the building management. My tiffin parcel was stolen from outside my unit, and instead of showing concern or offering any assistance, the manager immediately started blaming me without any evidence. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of empathy and the absence of even a simple apology. Steven the maintenance guy @ Carmen/Camelot was extremely fast in getting to my emergency maintenance request! Just b4 6 this morning, heard a popping sound coming from the bathroom; when I went to c what was happening…the toilet tank cracked, (tank cracked 18 days after they had to take the toilet out to replace the linoleum); as there were major cracks in the linoleum in the bathroom (40+ year old linoleum), & I had water everywhere!
