I have been facing a serious noise problem for more than a year, and nothing has been resolved. The area director is completely helpless, the coordinator is also helpless, and the staff are very unprofessional. Kind and courteous staff. Clean building. I love it here. (Edit) Now that Lorrie is gone, hardly ever anyone in the office. (Edit) This place is going down fast in my opinion. There's really no security here. Everything from vandalism to outright theft of even an extension cord from my block heater. Homeless plug their electronics in our outdoor plugs and nothing gets done about any of it!! Plus we get gouged for rent going up every year.
