I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled by the building management. My tiffin parcel was stolen from outside my unit, and instead of showing concern or offering any assistance, the manager immediately started blaming me without any evidence. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of empathy and the absence of even a simple apology.
