Kind and courteous staff. Clean building. I love it here. (Edit) Now that Lorrie is gone, hardly ever anyone in the office. (Edit) This place is going down fast in my opinion. There's really no security here. Everything from vandalism to outright theft of even an extension cord from my block heater. Homeless plug their electronics in our outdoor plugs and nothing gets done about any of it!! Plus we get gouged for rent going up every year.
Building and vicinity are always clean. Personnel are all accomodating.
Renato did a great job fixing the issues in my apartment. The sink wasn’t draining properly and the bathtub tap wasn’t working right, but he got everything sorted quickly and efficiently. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Really appreciate his help — thank you, Renato, for the excellent service! Highly recommended.
