We like the Beaumont location beterr but this one is okay. The service and food is not the same as Beaumont but its better than the other places in the area in our opinion.
I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had with your restaurant on August 24th. I placed a DoorDash order, and when I received my food, the mushrooms were not fully cooked. I attempted to contact the restaurant for two days before finally being able to speak with Dylan, the manager. Nice inside the chairs and tables are unique. Service could be better.
We were celebrating my father's 84th birthday. The food served was not warm, and the portions were lacking. My father's taco salad had very little chicken in it. My husband and I ordered quesadillas and they looked like they came off the child's plate and served to us. Several members of our family, we had 13 of us, was served food that was not warm. Very disappointed. Ya'll need to work smarter.
