Extremely disappointed by the care of Dr. Mondragon. She did not listen to my daughter and when I filed a complaint against her, I’ve yet to hear from anyone at Presbyterian but of course they billed for their services.
Carmela is my PCP and she is fantastic. She listens to what I have to say, is never in a rush, and truly cares about how I feel. She is willing to try different things to help me feel better with different conditions that I am managing. She is one of the best doctors I have ever had.
