Absolutely breath taking views. First class resort. Can't wait to come back and spend more time here
Absolutely love it. The service was the best I've ever had
CVR is a beautiful property with nice amenities but there were too many misses during our 3 night stay that left me with regrets. Hospitality lacks warmth and attention to detail. The only housekeeping done was refreshing towels. Empty cups and plates were left untouched for days. Malfunctioning appliances and exhaust fans were not repaired despite numerous calls. When people ask my husband and I where our favorite place to stay is we always say Carmel Valley Ranch. It is really a slice of heaven and so relaxing. It is beautiful and there is so much to do and they take such good care of you. The restaurants are super. You check in and don't want to check out.
Great setting, service and food. We only left the property for a hike at Point Lobos. Stayed on property for 3 nights and never got bored with the restaurant and facilities. Carmel Valley is extraordinary by itself. CVR accentuates and works well in the 550 acres. Great gym, fire pits, restaurant, pools, gardens and trails. Even complimentary s'more kits available at the night fire pits. Highly recommend to both couples and families. This is worth a place on your bucket list.
