I was SO excited to move in these apartments because for me, they were perfect. Put my application in, asked when I could bring the 400 by to secure the unit and all a sudden TODAY I was told that the amazing girls I had been working with were no longer there I would have to pay 2400.00 by the 2nd. Do Not even think about moving in there First of all when you move out they will Not i repeat Will Not give you your deposit of 400 dollars even if you leave your place clean and then on top of that they try and charge us 1000 more on. top if the 400 when the place was clean no damage at all now thats was taking advantage if an Elderly VA Maneger is rude and nosey has no experience …dog poop every where apartment gets flooded etc they try and charge you for everything they fix or replace like the fire alarms ‼️
