I love this place. I work with Mark and Zander and I can't say enough. If you don't see it in their showroom, they can pull a book and show you even more, or order what you've seen. I wish I could go hang out there every day, I guess it inspires my artistic side.

I purchased some stones for counter tops from Mark and Kinsey at Carmel Imports Sand City. Customer service was superb from the moment I walked in as a random customer all the way to purchasing over phone and email and arranging delivery to our stone fabricator. Stones were absolutely gorgeous and they coordinated directly with our stone fabricator so I did not need to. As for the product itself: incredibly beautiful! Strongly recommended.
I had the luck of the draw as I walked in the door searching for my kitchen counter. Instantly greeting me was smiling, rosy-cheeked, cherubic Mark! He relaxed my search, as there is so much inventory. I never felt rushed or hurried during my several visits. Each time I walked in, Mark remembered both my name and the slab I liked. I worked with Lisa choosing the tile for our new build. The tile work in my house has turned out amazing in my opinion. She was so patient with my indecisiveness along the way. She got back to me when I left messages and she is really just genuinely kind. Soon I hope to update this post with tile work on our patio which is our next project.
