Carmel Stone has a terrific supply of slabs and tile. I worked with Mark C when he was in the Palo Alto location, and he helped me select slabs for kitchen, bath, and outdoor kitchen countertops, and tiles for a bathroom shower and floor. I love this place. I work with Mark and Zander and I can't say enough. If you don't see it in their showroom, they can pull a book and show you even more, or order what you've seen. I wish I could go hang out there every day, I guess it inspires my artistic side.

I purchased some stones for counter tops from Mark and Kinsey at Carmel Imports Sand City. Customer service was superb from the moment I walked in as a random customer all the way to purchasing over phone and email and arranging delivery to our stone fabricator. Stones were absolutely gorgeous and they coordinated directly with our stone fabricator so I did not need to. As for the product itself: incredibly beautiful! Strongly recommended.
I had the luck of the draw as I walked in the door searching for my kitchen counter. Instantly greeting me was smiling, rosy-cheeked, cherubic Mark!
