My apartment was deemed uninhabitable after Hurricane Ida. Couldn’t get to the apartment in time to give the key back exactly on the 1st. Got it back a day or 2 later. Yet they still charged me for a whole month of rent on an apartment I couldn’t live in. Didn’t realize they’d still make me pay until it went on my credit. Can’t say due fear of retaliation to evict
It’s a terrible place to stay they have a lot of abandon units so it leaves us with rats and roaches they don’t fixed anything at all the put a band aid on it the apartment they advertise is not what they look like on the inside it’s just to bait you in don’t rent from Carmel Springs Apartments
This is terrible housing for anyone. It's infested with roaches, and maintenance is slow, lazy, and cut corners. What they charge for rent is just wrong, and many units are dilapidated and filthy.
