It’s a terrible place to stay they have a lot of abandon units so it leaves us with rats and roaches they don’t fixed anything at all the put a band aid on it the apartment they advertise is not what they look like on the inside it’s just to bait you in don’t rent from Carmel Springs Apartments
This is terrible housing for anyone. It's infested with roaches, and maintenance is slow, lazy, and cut corners. What they charge for rent is just wrong, and many units are dilapidated and filthy.
It’s very quiet where I live at and I love it
Renters beware! My ex husband rented an apartment at this apartment complex 27 years ago & he put my name on the lease. I did NOT live there due to I had a baby at the time and there was excessive amounts of roaches & crime. It was unclean and unsafe then & clearly it is even worse now. 27 years later, they have filed false charges with a credit collections agency & have put on my credit report, fthat they I owe them in excess of $15,000!
