I have been living in camel point apartment for five year. I just move out on 7/ 1 /2025. I want thank ana in the front office for helping me me so much. She had been so great when i need help and questions for solving my prombles. I will miss her so much because she so nice to me..
Horrible horrible management! They allow kids to run around and disrupt tenants units. Although on the lease it clearly states children are supposed to be supervised adults. Kids will bang on doors, toss trash over patios. And up most of the night. Security doesn’t absolutely nothing about it at all. And the property is nasty.
I’ve lived here for a year and a half and have had nothing but great experiences with the office staff and security. Anna has gone above and beyond to make sure that anything needed gets done. South Sacramento gets a bad wrap but Anna does a great job making sure the complex is maintained and that it is kept as safe as possible.
