The management staff is very professional and cooperative.
Honestly since KJAX took over, it feels safer and looks cleaner. Ana and the front office gentleman are professional and quick to respond to any needs. Proud to call this place my home.
Horrible horrible management! They allow kids to run around and disrupt tenants units. Although on the lease it clearly states children are supposed to be supervised by adults. Kids will bang on doors, toss trash over patios. And up most of the night disturbing others. Let’s just say kids run these apartments. Security does absolutely nothing about it at all. And the property is nasty, roaches are bad…..it’s a joke living here never quite at all. Lack of sleep you will get. Will moving out of here within a year.
I have been living in Carmel Pointe for 5 years. I am extremely grateful to Mrs. Ana. She cares about her tenants, she is kind, respectful, and a great human being. If someone comes to ask or apply to live here, I know they will leave very convinced if she helps them. She is the best.
Ana was such a kind and reliable person to deal with. Communication was always easy, and they were quick to respond whenever I needed help. They kept everything organized and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Truly one of the most respectful and helpful people I’ve met — highly recommend!
