This place is a huge dump. Worst problem is the drug dealer on the second floor. I’ve seen him do deals with the homeless who loiter in the parking lot. The influx of homeless people in Civic Park is a mess. Human feces are all over the park. It’s beyond disgusting. Most are on drugs and drink heavily. I’ve seen them buying drugs from the dealer on my floor. Nothing works in the apartments. Worthless fan. A/C doesn’t work and doesn’t go out to the living room.
