Possibly the worst build quality that I've ever seen in a "luxury" unit. Complex has been open for a year and we've noticed several issues. The dishwasher isn't secured to the wall, the baseboards have about 1/4" gap between them and the floor, the shower wasn't sealed properly so mold is starting to grow in the adjacent wall.
