I am so happy in my high rise apartment. It's clean and cozy. The Manager, Miss Nikkie is one of the best ! She has her heart into the property and isn't lack getting her hands dirty, literally. She loves being part of the landscaping and indoor plants. She shows no partiality and is well balanced as a manager. She has excellent manager skills all the way around. I have had some family residing in Carmel Housing for a while now and I have only had amazing experiences. The building is ALWAYS kept up! The manager here, Nikki is very helpful and is very knowledgeable about everything that goes on. 10/10 experiences!!
As the granddaughter of a resident living here I gave to say I couldn't be more at ease and peace having our grandmother live her. Nikki P takes such good care of her residents and their issues. My grandma had a few things that needed immediate attention. Once she notified Nikki, maintenance was there the same day and issues all resolved by the next morning. Apartments are out of date packages get stolen from apartment doors takes about a week to get anything fixed back in November 2020 my apartment was smelling gas I reported it left a message I had to go down there and physically be rude for things to get done I wasn’t staying in my apartment because of that I eventually went down there and they fixed it also if you lose your keys and then someone returns them to the property manager she will charge you 15 bucks for your old keys back not new once I made an engrave dent in min... read more
