It's a great quiet place to live, but like any apartments their are issues. But all in all it's the best place to live. I love our manager. She gets shit done, and is always professional.

I am so happy in my high rise apartment. It's clean and cozy. The Manager, Miss Nikkie is one of the best ! She has her heart into the property and isn't lack getting her hands dirty, literally. She loves being part of the landscaping and indoor plants. She shows no partiality and is well balanced as a manager. She has excellent manager skills all the way around. I have had some family residing in Carmel Housing for a while now and I have only had amazing experiences. The building is ALWAYS kept up! The manager here, Nikki is very helpful and is very knowledgeable about everything that goes on. 10/10 experiences!!
