Best place. The biggest complaint I’ve heard about apartment complexes is maintenance and management. Carmel Hills maintenance takes care of business. Which shows management does as well. And positioned right at downtown Carmel and the Monon Trail.
I have been a tenant for four years and love the small neighborhood feel that being close to the arts district brings. I only have good things to say about the friendly and professional team that manages Carmel Hills Apartments. The handful of times I needed maintenance, they responded promptly and took care of the issue. It’s a great place to live!
This was a great apartment to live in. Awesome location and Betsy and Chip were always kind, prompt, and professional. I only moved out because of a new job out of state.
THIS IS A REFERENCE TO THE PROPERTY IN ST.Louis mo since they removed there reviews so no one knows how bad the property is . I would rate this zero stars if possible old run down apartments that they raise the rent on every year . If you don’t commit to a lease and do a month to month they will also raise the rent until it becomes unaffordable for you .They threaten to kick you out the place even though the rents not worth what they are asking to begin with . We're about to move to Carmel from out of state, and the staff at Carmel Hills has done so much to help us find the right apartment for our needs and make sure we have everything lined up. Chip (the maintenance/renovation guy) has given us multiple tours in person and via FaceTime, and Betsy (in the front office) has answered MANY questions.
