Drove up specifically to this location because the one Carmel I usually go to had already closed according to the Google business page hours… and this one was closed already as well. Page says they’ll close at 7pm though. I arrived at 6:30. I understand last-minute changes, but couldn’t be too hard to go into the Google business page and update it for customer reference.

Wash did not clean windshield bird poop so went back around and told that I would have to pay to get it redone. Horrible wash that’s overpriced. Heading back to Forest Car Wash near tollway for future washes.
Unless you want to over pay for them to detail your car, be prepared to have 0 equipment available to you and only have 5 minutes to vacuum with the smallest nozzle. Will never come back.
Car washes are popping up all over the place. This is very nice one. Wash equipment and vacuums are in great shape and the grounds and building are clean. They will do everything for you or they will let you clean and vacuum your own car.
