Paying customers are not provided with cleaning rags or spray to clean the inside of their cars—only vacuums with a posted “5-minute limit.” That limit is unrealistic and clearly unenforced, as no one can properly vacuum a car in five minutes. This was my 1st time using a car wash place & THIS WAS AMAZING!! For $35 my Honda SUV was deluxe washed while my daughter & I gleefully giggled in the car!! Impeccable is the word I'm using to describe the finished result!! Staff was helpful & very detailed! It looks like a new car!! Took less than 30 min!! I will 100% use this place over & over
Staff is friendly and attentive. Wheels were still dirty in places and there were some sticky spots (maybe tar) on the paint I pointed out to the detailer. Ovidio ensured they were all addressed and that I was satisfied with my vehicle when I left. I’ll be back - thanks!
I’ve been back and forth over this car wash for the last two years. For the most part it’s fine. But today was another level of not okay that I can’t ignore going forward. My car is new, so they took this as an opportunity to not clean the inside. They vacuumed, I saw them do it and maybe cleaned the windshield in under 5 minutes, but the entire interior was still covered in dust and marks that very easily came off with a wet microfiber cloth when I got home.
