My car needed to be cleaned and I was in the area and thought I'd give them a try. The two gentlemen did a great job on my car.
Worst car wash experience ever. When I went to the car wash today they were understaffed and took forever to clean my car. When I got home I noticed there were streaks on my windows so I had to re-clean my windows myself. I’ll stick to car spa in Plano at least they know what they’re doing
This is the worst car wash I've ever had in my life .
Do not recommend Carmel Car Wash Richardson off Cambell Rd. Got s $6 wash and she told me I should have gotten the towel dry service. I said where I go by y hours and every castes show I go to has spot free rinse and it never leaves the car looking like it's been in a rain storm. She went ahead and wiped it down half ass and that was it. $6 wasted. Sad customer service!
Great as always will continue to come get my car washed here ���
